Hello I’m Helen

I live in Hampshire with my family, daft ginger cat included.
 

I've always had a passion for working in a mental health space ever since experiencing my own issues when I was a teen, which followed me into adulthood. It was only when I met a truly great therapist that I began to heal and wonder if this could be a career path for me (spoiler - it is!)

In my spare time I love reading, paddle boarding when I get the opportunity and most recently I've become a keen gardener (working hard at keeping flowers alive mainly).
